Gem Diggers is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal services, customs authorities or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Digital Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time at orders@gemdiggers.com.

Where required by applicable consumer law, we will repair, replace or refund eligible physical products.

Due to the nature of digital products, including mobile apps, downloadable content, digital game expansions and activation codes, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable once they have been purchased, downloaded, accessed or activated, except where required by applicable law.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account or other payment account in the amount of the charge.
